Minnesota Precinct Caucuses February 1st

Minnesota Precinct Caucuses will be held just over a week from now, on Tuesday, February 1st, 2021, at 7:00 PM. At precinct caucuses, major political parties in MN will choose volunteers to organize political activities, nominate delegates who will endorse candidates at future elections, and discuss ideas and issues for the party to support.

Precinct caucuses represent an important chance to get involved in your community, and in Minnesota politics as a whole. To find your party's precinct caucus, visit the Secretary of State's website at caucusfinder.sos.state.mn.us, or contact them directly.

Volunteers Wanted for January Citizen Ceremonies

Every month, new American citizens are naturalized in Saint Paul, and the League of Women Voters needs your help with registering these new citizens to vote. Join us at the RiverCentre on January 18th, 2022 and help us inform, engage, and assist our new Minnesotans in their civic duties.

Morning shift, 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM - 16 volunteers needed

Afternoon shift, 11:30 AM to 2:30 AM - 16 volunteers needed

Location: RiverCentre, 175 Kellogg Blvd West, St Paul, MN 55102

January 4th Member Meeting - LWVMN Firearms Policy

We hope all our members will join us for our January 4th virtual member meeting! Our speaker will discuss 30 years of LWV efforts to promote firearm legislation, and will cover the newly-proposed update to the LWVMN firearms policy in our Program for Action. This will be your best chance to learn more, ask questions, and help build consensus, so please join us.
