LEARN ABOUT THE CANDIDATES This year is critical for local elections and your vote will have a direct impact on your city and schools. Learn what candidates stand for before you head to the polls to make informed voting decisions. Visit Vote411.org to view an online nonpartisan voter's guide. We invited every candidate in MN to participate. You can even find your polling place and view available candidate forums and more! The site is fully translatable into Spanish.


KNOW YOUR RIGHTS Did you know that you have the right to vote as long as you are in line by 8pm? Or that you can vote if you are no longer incarcerated? Our Secretary of State wants to make it easy for you to cast your ballot and there are many resources available to help you do that. Visit the Secretary of State’s site and check out the options and be sure to read and share the Voters Bill of Rights. Questions? CAST YOUR BALLOT Voting is our right. Each election is a chance to shape our democracy. Find your polling place. If you aren't registered yet, don't worry, you can do so at your early voting location (through November 6th) when you vote early by absentee ballot OR your can register at your polling place on Election Day. Remember that Election Judges are there to help you, so feel free to ask them questions.
