The Metropolitan Council "is proposing a minimum rent for voucher holders, a move to biennial inspections for qualifying properties, and creating some opportunities to help families move from supportive housing to independent living. These proposals are part of an update of the agency's five-year and annual public housing agency plans." The Met Council is accepting comments on the proposed changes until 4:30 p.m. on August 29.
