Election Judges Needed!

Updated: Sep 4, 2020

Dakota County is still in need of election judges for the November 3, 2020 general election. If you are able to serve as an election judge, you can sign up here. Election judges are paid and if you are employed, your employer generally is required to allow you to serve as an election judge and pay you the difference between your normal wage and what you earn as an election judge (assuming your normal wage is higher). Serving as an election judge is a great way to support democracy in action. You can find more information here (Dakota County) and here (Secretary of State's office).

The cities of Inver Grove Heights and Savage are also in need of election judges. You can email Inver Grove Heights City Clerk Rebecca Kiernan at or Savage City Clerk Lisa Shadick at if you are able to help.
