Understanding our rights, and where they come from, is a big part of civic engagement! Historian and civic teacher Frank Sachs will soon be offering With Liberty and Justice for All, a course to help local citizens understand the Bill of Rights. Learn about the rights that the Founders sought to protect, and how the following 17 amendments adapted the Constitution to follow historical trends and social change.
The course will take place each Wednesday from April 6th to May 11th, 2022. It will be held from 6:30 - 8:00 PM in the Diamondhead Education Center at 200 Burnsville Pkwy, Burnsville, MN. Registration costs $59.00 for a single participant, or $99.00 for two participants.
